ACD Expense Integration Terms of Use

ACD Expense Integration is a private application intended only for
authorized personnel of American Contracting Direct and affiliated
company entities.

Authorized Use

Users may access the application only for approved company accounting,
expense, job-costing, document, reporting, and reconciliation
activities.

Users must not share access credentials, authorization tokens, or
company information with unauthorized parties.

Accounting Review

Automated matches, classifications, allocations, and prepared
transactions must be reviewed by authorized personnel when the
workflow requires approval.

American Contracting Direct and its affiliated entities remain
responsible for their accounting decisions and records.

Availability

The application may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any
time. Access may be revoked when employment, authorization, or
business need ends.
