QuickBooks Connection Ended

American Contracting Direct uses ACD Expense Integration as a private,
internal business application for authorized accounting and expense
workflows.

Information Processed

The application may process accounting records, vendors, customers,
jobs, classes, accounts, bills, vendor credits, attachments,
transaction references, and connection information from authorized
QuickBooks Online companies. It may also process related expense
documents and workflow records provided by the company.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to organize expenses, prepare or reconcile
accounting entries, associate costs with jobs and companies, prevent
duplicate processing, and maintain an audit history for authorized
company personnel.

Sharing and Sale of Information

The application is not offered to the public. Information is not sold.
Information may be exchanged only with systems and service providers
needed for the authorized workflow, including Google Workspace,
Intuit QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, HOVER, and other approved company
systems.

Credentials and Security

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored securely and are not intended
to be stored in public website pages or ordinary spreadsheet cells.
Access is limited to authorized company personnel.

Retention and Disconnection

Records are retained according to the company's accounting,
operational, and legal requirements. QuickBooks access may be revoked
by disconnecting the applicable company authorization.
